NODC Is Committed to Safe, Inclusive Dance Education Through YPAD-Certified Staff
All staff are background checked and CPR certified, ensuring a safe environment for our dancers. We focus on injury prevention and response, along with training in sexual abuse awareness and risk management tailored to dance.
Our curriculum includes critical topics like social media safety, body image awareness, and conflict resolution, all designed to promote a healthy dance culture within NODC.
