At NODC, the safety and well-being of our dancers comes first. Our involvement with the Youth Protection Association for Dance (YPAD) supports our commitment to creating a studio environment where every dancer feels safe, included, supported, and confident.

YPAD provides education and resources that help dance professionals create healthy, age-appropriate, and positive experiences for young dancers. This aligns directly with NODC’s core values of safety, inclusivity, community, and confidence.

Through continued education and awareness, we strive to ensure that NODC is a place where dancers can learn, grow, and thrive both in and beyond the studio.
