NODC Recreational classes:
These classes meet once per week and are for dancers who love to dance and are looking to learn proper technique in a fun & encouraging atmosphere. 

NODC Community Performance Team:
This team meets on Saturday afternoons and is for dancers who love to dance and want to share that love with the community.

NODC Performance PLUS Team:

This team is for dancers who love performing but are also ready for elite training at a competitive level.

NODC Competition Team:
This team is for dancers who are ready to work at the elite level and set goals to reach their personal best while encouraging their teammates to do the same.
